About The Position

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS Compiles minimal project specifications for pricing purposes Processes RFQs Maintains/interacts with select vendors Global support to sales Coordinates, oversees, records and reports on ongoing projects Designs and prepares proposals Obtains authorization to access terminals Other duties as assigned OTHER SKILLS AND ABILITIES Fluent in Spanish as a second language Proficient in Excel, Word, project, Autodesk DWG TrueView (for AutoCAD drawings) Gantt charts, route maps PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS Requires extended sitting and computer. Visits to different jobsites and terminals to supervise load out, lifting, tie down and other. Prolonged exposure to elements. Frequent visits to areas where PPE required Access to restricted areas at port / airport EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE 3-5 years’ experience in transportation industry CERTIFICATIONS AND LICENSES Professional certification may be required in some areas.
