About The Position

The Director Industrial Engineering – Cash Vault Services (CVS) is responsible for leading the strategic logistics operations of CVS products and supporting the management of counting machine assets. This role oversees strategic planning, program development, and field training to strengthen operational capabilities across the network. The position focuses on identifying and implementing process improvement opportunities by designing and standardizing optimal processes for handling each product type (deposit category). The objective is to enhance Service Level, Productivity, Efficiency, Effectiveness, and Branch Gross Margin, while continuously improving the safety, security, and overall performance of CVS operations.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience that provides the required knowledge, skills, and abilities.
  • A minimum of 4-6 years experience with manufacturing companies or Cash Logistic experience.
  • Minimum 3 years of managerial or supervisory experience required.
  • Strong work ethic and keen attention to detail.
  • Critical thinking, problem solving, and judgment skills.
  • High energy with the ability to organize and prioritize workload.
  • Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong presentation skills, verbal and written communication skills, and interpersonal skills preferred.
  • Strong collaboration skills to accomplish a variety of tasks in a dynamic team environment.
  • Availability to travel to visit the different branches of the company.

Nice To Haves

  • Preference will be given to people have recent experience in Warehouse design or management.

Responsibilities

  • Strategic Operations Leadership: Lead the strategic planning and execution of CVS logistics operations, ensuring alignment with company objectives while driving improvements in service level, productivity, operational efficiency, and profitability.
  • Process Design and Continuous Improvement: Identify operational improvement opportunities and design standardized processes for handling each deposit product type, implementing best practices that improve efficiency, effectiveness, and operational consistency across branches.
  • Evaluate the result obtained post implementation to identify deviation, seek root causes and apply adjustments needed.
  • Capacity, Network, and Resource Optimization: Develop and implement strategies for capacity planning, resource allocation, and operational density, ensuring the optimal use of labor, equipment, and infrastructure to support business growth and operational scalability.
  • Asset and Technology Management: Oversee strategic management and utilization of counting machine assets and supporting technologies, ensuring reliability, performance optimization, and alignment with operational requirements.
  • Operational Capability and Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with operations leadership, finance, and other support teams to strengthen operational capabilities through training, performance monitoring, and data-driven decision-making, ensuring consistent execution and continuous improvement across the CVS network.
  • Lead and implement continuous improvement projects to address quality, material flow and productivity improvements while ensuring results are sustainable.
