The role of the Director of Marketing Procurement is to plan and execute purchasing and sourcing strategies for the Marketing and Sales organization. Responsible for setting the procurement strategy, aligning with the marketing leadership team, and executing against the strategy for Post Holdings and all of its subsidiaries. This includes defining purchasing recommendations to support business goals in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders and driving continuous improvements throughout the function to increase efficiencies and/or reduce overall total costs for the business. This role will be responsible for Marketing and Sales categories across PCB, MFI, BEF, CF, Pet with a spend totaling more than $350 million.
