About The Position

The Director, Implementations leads a team of professionals provides end-to-end leadership for highly complex implementations for XiFin’s largest enterprise customers across laboratory, pathology, radiology, medical device, pharmacy, and adjacent healthcare markets, with a particular focus on users of our integrated products. This role is accountable for overall implementation success, including delivery timelines, resource strategy, risk management, customer satisfaction, and value realization. As a hands-on leader, you and your team will provide strategic partnership on these implementations, working directly with customer C-suite stakeholders and senior XiFin leadership. A key focus of this role is leveraging AI, machine learning, and automation to modernize implementation delivery, reduce time-to-value, proactively manage risk, and continuously improve implementation outcomes. In addition to leading new implementations, this role drives expanded implementations, platform adoption, and new business lines for large enterprise customers, partnering closely with Sales, Product, Engineering, and Customer Success. This is an onsite position located in our Charleston, SC location.

Requirements

  • Are able to translate complex technical and operational topics into clear business outcomes
  • Possess strong business acumen with the ability to connect implementation execution to customer value and strategic outcomes
  • Demonstrate confidence and credibility in executive-level discussions, both externally with customers and internally with senior leadership
  • Have a passion for innovation, continuous improvement, and leveraging emerging technologies such as AI and machine learning
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Healthcare IT, Management, or a related field
  • 5+ years of progressive experience in project or program leadership, preferably within healthcare SaaS or revenue cycle management
  • Demonstrated experience with the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)
  • Experience leading cross-functional, matrixed teams in complex customer environments
  • Must be willing to travel domestically 20 %

Responsibilities

  • Lead a team of implementation professionals, responsible for the hiring, training and professional development of the team and delivery of an exceptional customer experience
  • Lead planning and execution of large-scale, enterprise implementations and expansions for our integrated products
  • Own overall implementation outcomes, including scope, timeline, resourcing, risk, and customer satisfaction
  • Drive consistency and scalability through standardized implementation frameworks, governance models, and delivery metrics
  • Navigate complex customer environments, managing conflict, negotiations, and competing priorities while maintaining strong partnerships
  • Partner with Product and technology teams and process improvement experts to optimize and operationalize AI-enabled tools that improve accuracy, speed, and quality of implementations
  • Use data-driven insights and analytics to proactively manage delivery health, forecast risks, and optimize resource utilization
  • Act as a trusted executive advisor to customer C-suite and senior leadership, clearly communicating progress, risks, and value realization
  • Lead executive steering committees, status reviews, and escalation discussions with confidence and credibility
  • Own and manage enterprise implementation project plans, milestone reporting, and executive dashboards
  • Oversee critical implementation activities including: Conversion file strategy and execution HL7 interfaces, APIs, and web services EDI payer enrollment and connectivity Pre-live and parallel claim testing
  • Support new product introductions and new business lines, ensuring implementation readiness and scalable delivery models
  • Partner with Sales and Account Management to drive expansion opportunities within existing enterprise customers
  • Provide implementation expertise during pre-sales and solutioning for complex enterprise deals
