Director, Imaging Services
About The Position
We are seeking an experienced Director of Imaging Services to provide strategic, operational, and clinical leadership for our Radiology and Mammography departments. This role is responsible for ensuring high-quality, safe, compliant, and efficient imagining services while aligning departmental operations with organizational goals and patient care standards. The Director of Imagining Services oversees imagining leadership, regulatory compliance, technology and capital planning, quality and performance improvement, budgeting, and staff development. This role serves as a key partner to physicians, executive leadership, and clinical teams across the organization.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree (BA/BS) from four-year college or university or one to two years' related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Florida Radiologic Technologist license with active registration through the American Registry of Radiologic Technologist (ARRT).
Nice To Haves
- Knowledge of mammography services and MQSA requirements
- Progressive imaging experience, including leadership responsibility across multiple imaging modalities, preferred.
