The Director, IIA Quality Services plays a mission‑critical leadership role in elevating Internal Audit Quality Around the World. This role provides strategic direction and operational leadership for all IIA Quality Services activities, driving the successful global delivery and scalable implementation of the IIA Global Quality Certification for internal audit functions and quality assessment services aligned with the Global Internal Audit Standards (GIAS). Quality assessments are foundational to promote professional internal auditing, regulatory confidence, and stakeholder trust—and this role serves as a visible global advocate for its value across the profession.
