JOB DESCRIPTION SUMMARY The Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) role coaches and partners with leaders of the various Corporate functions to support the delivery of the business plan by focusing on team member performance, talent management, organizational effectiveness and culture. The HRBP will work across all levels of the organization and serve as a trusted partner to managers and leaders by providing expert guidance regarding all aspects of human resources. This role will support a suite of functions including but not limited to the Office of the Chief Administrative Officer, Office of the Chief Financial Officer, Office of the Chief Legal Officer, People & Culture and Technology.
