About The Position

This role offers a strategic opportunity to lead and elevate all human resources functions across a growing organization, shaping a culture of engagement, performance, and compliance. You will oversee employee relations, talent development, compensation strategy, and HR operations while serving as a trusted advisor to leadership and managers. You will guide teams through change, support remote workforce engagement, and ensure regulatory compliance across all people operations. Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree required; SHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP certification strongly preferred.
  • Extensive experience as a senior HR leader with broad exposure to employee relations, compliance, talent management, and HR operations.
  • Strong knowledge of employment laws, regulatory standards, and HR best practices.
  • Proven ability to manage sensitive issues with discretion, integrity, and professionalism.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, conflict resolution, and decision-making skills.
  • Highly organized, analytical, and able to operate effectively in fast-paced, remote environments.
  • Experience supporting distributed teams and managing HR operations in work-from-home settings.

Responsibilities

  • Lead all core human resources functions including employee relations, compliance, compensation, benefits, training, recruiting, and engagement initiatives.
  • Manage complex employee relations cases, conduct investigations, and ensure legal and regulatory compliance in partnership with legal teams.
  • Provide coaching and performance management support to leaders, enhancing employee productivity, morale, and retention.
  • Design, implement, and continuously improve leadership training and development programs.
  • Oversee compensation and benefits strategies to attract, motivate, and retain top talent.
  • Strengthen employee engagement, onboarding, career development, and remote workforce programs.
  • Supervise HR team performance, resource planning, and workload management.
  • Drive workforce planning, recruiting strategy, and hiring effectiveness in collaboration with leadership.
