This role serves as a strategic partner and advocate for managers and employees, ensuring the effective use of HR tools to maximize performance, drive organizational effectiveness, and maintain compliance with legal and regulatory standards. In addition, the Director provides innovative leadership to maximize the entity’s contribution to overall corporate performance through strategic planning and alignment with both human and financial goals. The position ensures that the entity supports and advances the corporation’s mission and objectives, fostering a culture of excellence, accountability, and continuous improvement.
