As a Director, HR Business Partner, you'll play the pivotal role of strategic consultant, supporting our Investment Management (IM), Product & Technology (P&T) businesses. This business includes teams responsible for developing our product offerings, advancing our internal and client-facing technology suites and delivering differentiated investment methodology. This role will support employees in our U.S. and India-based offices. Requirements

  • 10+ years of relevant HR experience required
  • 5+ years of experience supporting and implementing global workforce development (India preferred)
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Human Resources Management or related business field ideal
  • Proven experience in Strategic HR, Workforce Planning, Compensation and Incentive plans, Talent and Organization development and Organizational change
  • Demonstratable track record of influencing across all levels of leaders in a remote environment
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving setting

Responsibilities

  • Support IM and P&T leadership on organizational/functional design and global workforce planning to position the organization for scalable and successful growth
  • Diagnose and analyze business, talent and culture trends, identify challenges and opportunities; Design and deliver targeted solutions at the business unit level
  • Advise leaders on key HR areas including performance management, compensation strategies, talent development and change initiatives
  • Support the execution of HR programs and cyclical activities with a focus on employee experience, operational efficiency, and scalability
  • Address employee relations matters with professionalism and care, partnering with employees, managers, and leaders to ensure timely and effective resolution.
  • Collaborate across the HRBP and Centers of Excellence teams to support shared initiatives and recommend process improvements
