Position Summary: The Director of Workforce Technology provides operational and functional leadership for the organization’s workforce and HR technology ecosystem. Reporting to the Executive Director of Human Resources, this role is responsible for the design, implementation, administration, and execution of technology solutions that support workforce operations, compliance, and organizational effectiveness. The director collaborates with HR, IT, Finance, and operational leaders to ensure systems are efficient, integrated, and aligned with organizational needs, and provides input and insights that inform strategic workforce technology planning.
