About the Role: We’re seeking a Director, HR Operations to define and scale the infrastructure that supports Atmosphere’s next phase of growth. Reporting to the VP, Human Resources, this leader will own HR Operations end to end, overseeing systems architecture, compliance frameworks, workforce analytics, and process design across the employee lifecycle. In this role, you will shape and strengthen the operational engine of Atmosphere’s HR function. It requires evaluating what exists today, identifying friction and risk, and implementing systems and controls that are accurate, efficient, and built to scale. In close partnership with executive leadership and Finance, you’ll bring discipline to workforce data and reporting, while reinforcing the internal controls that protect the business. You will lead one HR Specialist, set clear performance standards and operating cadence, and build the roadmap for how HR Operations evolves as the company grows.
