We are seeking an accomplished Director, HR Employee Partner to support an Engineering discipline of more than 8,000 employees. In this highly visible role, you will work closely with leaders to shape and advance our employee value proposition while driving critical workforce initiatives. You will lead key HR functions and initiatives—including employee relations, workforce strategy, and talent management—to strengthen our culture, enhance organizational capability, and enable operational excellence. The ideal candidate for this role will have prior HR partner experience who can operate as a strategic thought leader, change champion, consultant, and trusted advisor. The Director leads an HR Employee Partner Manager and a team of HR Employee Partners, fostering capability development and consistent delivery of HR excellence across the Engineering discipline. This is an onsite role based at any of the following major Raytheon sites: Tucson, AZ; Aurora, CO; Tewksbury, MA; and McKinney, TX.
