We are seeking an accomplished Director, HR Employee Partner with deep expertise in labor relations to support our Effectors business segment. In this highly visible role, you will work closely with leaders to shape and advance our employee value proposition while driving critical workforce initiatives. You will lead key HR functions and initiatives—including employee/ labor relations, workforce strategy, and talent management—to strengthen our culture, enhance organizational capability, and enable operational excellence. This leader oversees a team of six HR Employee Partners and supports manufacturing operations in Tucson, AZ (primary location), with responsibility for sites in Huntsville, AL; Camden, AR; and Farmington, NM. This is an onsite role based in Tucson, Arizona.
