The Role CCC is seeking a Director, Human Resources Business Partner to serve as the senior‑most HRBP for our Technology and Enabling Services functions (~800 employees combined). This is a high‑impact opportunity for a seasoned HR leader who thrives in equal parts strategy and execution. In this role, you will partner with senior leaders across the business and HR to deliver talent and organizational strategies that attract, develop, and engage top talent. You will help shape a high-performance culture in a cutting-edge and rapidly transforming business by driving impactful HR initiatives aligned with strategic enterprise objectives.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree ; an advanced degree is preferred.
10+ years of progressive experience in a mid-size or large organization, with significant HRBP experience supporting senior executives.
Deep knowledge of HR processes and procedures, with demonstrated success in balancing strategic transformation with hands-on operational execution.
Exceptional relationship management skills with the ability to collaborate with diverse stakeholder groups, including internal and external partners.
Excellent consulting, influencing, and communication skills, with high executive presence.
Strong business acumen with the ability to align HR strategies with organizational goals.
Strong analytical skills; able to interpret data and provide insights and recommendations to drive decision-making.
Proven experience leading teams with varying levels of experience and overseeing a broad scope of HR accountabilities .
Comfortable working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
Excels at time management, prioritizing multiple tasks, and adapting to shifting priorities .

Responsibilities

Strategic Leadership & Thought Partnership Serve as a trusted advisor to the CTO, CFO, CLO, and CHRO— translating business strategy into clear people, talent, and organizational actions.
Use data to diagnose issues, identify opportunities, and influence leaders through compelling, insight ‑ driven storytelling.
Support cross ‑ functional, enterprise ‑ wide initiatives tied to CCC ’ s most important priorities.
Serve as an active member of the HR Leadership Team, contributing thought partnership and enterprise mindset.
Operational & Process Excellence Oversee flawless execution of core HR cycles— performance management, compensation, engagement surveys, and talent reviews.
Balance strategic initiatives with disciplined execution, ensuring high ‑ quality outcomes and a positive employee experience.
Identify and drive improvements to HR processes, with a focus on scalability, simplicity, and impact.
Partner closely with HR Centers of Excellence to deliver integrated solutions.
Team Leadership Co ‑ lead the HR Field team as one cohesive unit — driving alignment, knowledge sharing, and continuous improvement in how HR serves the business.
Lead and develop a team of three HRBPs (one direct report), setting clear expectations and elevating capability, confidence, and impact.
Help sustain a team culture grounded in trust, engagement, and shared ownership.
