About The Position

Your Opportunity, Your Team The Director, People Lead for Supply Chain & Operations is a senior strategic HRBP role within the People Team function at QVC Group. Reporting to the Chief People Officer, you will serve as the enterprise People partner for our global Supply Chain and Operations organizations - one of the most complex and operationally critical client groups in the company. Your client group spans global supply chain, US fulfillment centers, customer service, real estate & workplace services, and other core operational functions. This includesa large, distributed, hourly and salaried workforce operating across multiple sites and time zones. You will own the human capital strategy for this population end-to-end, influence senior operations leaders on decisions that affect thousands of employees, and lead a globally dispersed team of People & Organization (P&O) leaders who deliver on the ground every day. This is not an administrative HR role. You will architect workforce strategies, drive organizational effectiveness, lead through large-scale change, and build the leadership capability your client group needs to execute QVC Group's business strategy. Where You'll Work This role is hybrid and will require you to be onsite at our US Headquarters in West Chester, PA (Studio Park) several days per month (onsite days are predetermined and standard across the company). Job seekers must reside in one of the following states to be considered: Pennsylvania, New Jersey, or Delaware.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of progressive HR Business Partner experience, with demonstrated success supporting large, complex, operationally intensive client groups -- supply chain, fulfillment, manufacturing, logistics, or customer service environments strongly preferred.
  • Experience partnering with senior operations or supply chain leaders and influencing decisions that affect large, distributed, hourly and salaried workforces.
  • Proven ability to lead and develop a team of HR professionals, including across geographies and time zones.
  • Deep expertise across core HR disciplines: organizational design, workforce planning, talent management, performance management, employee relations, and leadership development.
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate people data into business insights and actionable recommendations.
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field; SHRM-SCP, SPHR, or equivalent HR certification a plus.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in retail, e-commerce, or consumer-facing supply chain operations is a plus.
  • Exposure to global or multi-market HR partnerships, including international labor relations or employment law, is a plus.
  • Experience with Workday HRIS preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Drive large-scale change management and transformation programs across a complex, high-volume workforce - anticipating workforce risk, building change readiness, and mobilizing the right People Team resources to support execution.
  • Act as the integrator of the People Team function for your client group - translating operational business needs into COE priorities, managing the People Team delivery experience end-to-end, and ensuring consistency across a geographically distributed employee population.
  • Own the human capital strategy for QVC Group's global Supply Chain, Operations, and Fulfillment organization - partnering directly with senior operations leaders to ensure every major business initiative has a clear talent, culture, and organizational health lens from the start.
  • Lead, develop, and direct a globally dispersed team of P&O leaders embedded across our operations network - setting direction, managing performance, and building a team that operates as a trusted partner to the business at every site and market.
  • Serve as a strategic advisor and challenger to the Chief Supply Chain Officer and the Operations leadership team: bringing a clear point of view on workforce planning, organizational design, succession, performance, and leadership effectiveness. You're here to elevate how leaders think, not just execute what they ask for.
  • Use people analytics and workforce data to diagnose organizational health, surface trends across your operations population, and build data-backed recommendations that connect to business outcomes.
  • Coach and develop leaders at all levels within your client group - building a culture where feedback, accountability, and growth are embedded in how teams operate day-to-day.
