Under the direction of the TMH President and CEO, the Director of Hospitality provides leadership and oversight of the many aspects that contribute to a favorable patient and customer experience. The Director coordinates and provides administrative oversight to environmental services, and food services. The Director also provides strategic oversight to all of the TMH Auxiliary activities and functions including the volunteer program, Auxiliary Board, and the TMH Gift Shop. As a member of the operation’s management team and guided by the values of Memorial Health System, the Director assists in deploying, evaluating and responding to the clinical, financial, human and business tactics required to achieve Taylorville Memorial Hospital’s and Taylorville Memorial Foundation’s strategic goals.
