The Director-Hospitality Services is responsible for the overall operation of the Nutrition Services, Laundry and Housekeeping Departments; establishing directing and maintaining departmental regulations and procedures in compliance with administrative requirements, JCAHO standards and Federal, State and County regulations; developing and implementing plans for the delivery of quality food, nutrition support and nutrition education to patients, families, employees, and the community.
