About The Position

The Regional Director, Hospitality oversees the business operations of multiple restaurant locations within their assigned region, ensuring exceptional guest experience, consistent service standards, and high-performing hospitality teams. This role leads, mentors, and develops General Managers to drive guest satisfaction, brand consistency and achievement of regional KPI’s. The Regional Director serves as the strategic liaison between corporate leadership and restaurant teams while fostering a culture grounded in hospitality, teamwork, and continuous improvement.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business management or similar area of focus preferred.
  • ServSafe certification from a nationally recognized organization required.
  • TABC Certification where applicable
  • Must have strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment.
  • Ability to partner with cross-functional teams with the organization (IT, Finance, Marketing, HR)
  • Strong analytic skills to assess trends and identify opportunities to enhance hospitality, streamline service, and improve efficiency.
  • Requires alignment with our Core Values: Performance, Communication, Leadership, Quality, and Teamwork.
  • Must have at least five (5) years of multi-site experience in a leadership role in the restaurant, bartending or hospitality industry.
