About The Position

This role is responsible for ensuring Pharmacy Health Market Partners (HMPs) are successfully onboarded, enabled, and adopted within the MacroHealth Marketplace. As the owner of the post-contract partner lifecycle, you will translate partner capabilities into clear, sellable, and operationally ready solutions that can be confidently brought to market by MacroHealth's buy-side sales teams. You will build trusted, strategic relationships with pharmacy partners — positioning MacroHealth as a go-to resource for market intelligence and ecosystem development — while working cross-functionally to ensure partners are ready, positioned correctly, and set up for successful delivery. This role does not carry direct sales quota but is accountable for partner readiness, adoption, partner-defined outcomes, and execution quality.

Requirements

  • 8-12+ years in healthcare, partner management, or marketplace roles
  • Experience in pharmacy, PBM, or healthcare technology preferred
  • Proven ability to manage complex partner relationships and onboarding
  • Experience working cross-functionally across Product, Ops, and Sales
  • Partner enablement and lifecycle management
  • Translating complex solutions into clear, sellable offerings
  • Strategic relationship management and channel advocacy
  • Market intelligence synthesis and organizational knowledge transfer
  • Strong judgment in evolving, ambiguous environments
  • Cross-functional collaboration and execution
  • Working knowledge of clinical workflows, pharmacy operations, or PBM dynamics

Responsibilities

  • Partner Enablement & Activation
  • Own onboarding, readiness, and activation of Pharmacy partners
  • Define what is market-ready vs. in development
  • Align partners to marketplace expectations and standards
  • Define the data flow required between partners and MacroHealth
  • Document and standardize the implementation process for each HMP, working closely with Product and Activation teams for efficient onboarding
  • Partner Experience & Relationship Management
  • Serve as primary relationship owner post-contract
  • Treat partners as valuable sales channels — build trust so they feel confident recommending MacroHealth solutions and actively advocating for the platform
  • Position MacroHealth as a trusted advisor on market strategy, providing partners with insights and perspective that reinforce our commitment to improving the ecosystem
  • Schedule regular business reviews and structured touchpoints to understand how partners are adapting to market changes and to share relevant intelligence
  • Maintain an ongoing, objective feedback loop with partners to assess platform performance from their perspective — not just MacroHealth's
  • Drive partner engagement, satisfaction, and long-term success
  • Identify risks and opportunities across partner relationships
  • Market Intelligence & Organizational Learning
  • Collaborate with partners to learn about new capabilities, business practices, and market developments — documenting these learnings for broader organizational benefit
  • Track and synthesize pharmacy market changes (e.g., drug reclassification, PBM structure shifts, biosimilar adoption) as surfaced through partner relationships
  • Foster cross-functional awareness so the MacroHealth organization understands partner capabilities, market positioning, and the value each partner brings
  • Partner Co-Development & Product Feedback
  • Ensure partners are committed and actively involved in product development, including:
  • Providing feedback on marketplace best practices and operational standards
  • Sharing preferences for evaluation methods and performance measurement
  • Collaborating on file sharing processes and data exchange design
  • Suggesting ways to improve the ecosystem and simplify their experience
  • Collaborate with the Portal team to enhance the partner portal and support seamless partner engagement
  • Solution Readiness & Positioning
  • Translate partner capabilities into clear, sellable offerings
  • Define use cases, constraints, and appropriate buyer fit
  • Ensure solutions are implementation-ready and not overpromised
  • Cross-Functional Execution
  • Partner with Product, Pharmacy Marketplace, Operations, and Sales
  • Align on readiness, integration, and launch planning
  • Provide structured feedback to improve marketplace and partner quality
  • Maintain internal resources and document programmatic nuances for each partner
  • Serve as the escalation point for systematic partner issues, ensuring Account Management has a clear and reliable path for resolution
  • Ongoing performance monitoring to ensure platform alignment
  • Go-To-Market Support
  • Enable buy-side sales teams with clear partner positioning and expectation setting
  • Support complex opportunities requiring deep partner context
