As this is a hybrid position, working out of our Creative Studios in Westlake, Ohio, we will focus on candidates who currently reside in Northeast Ohio. The Director of Growth and Performance Marketing will lead the company's efforts for our digital greetings subscription services to drive sustainable revenue growth by 20% over the next four years. This leader will own the full growth marketing funnel (acquisition, conversion, engagement, retention, and monetization), leveraging data-driven strategies, paid and owned media, and lifecycle marketing to expand membership, increase average revenue per member, and reduce churn. The ideal candidate is both a strategic thinker and a hands-on operator with a proven track record of scaling subscription-based or e-commerce businesses. They thrive at the intersection of analytics, creativity, and cross-functional collaboration.
