The Director of Growth Marketing provides strategic leadership for the development and execution of marketing initiatives that drive account acquisition, engagement, and long-term client retention. This role oversees the design and optimization of the customer journey using Account-Based Marketing (ABM), owned media channels, and integrated marketing strategies to support enterprise growth objectives. Reporting to the Vice President of Marketing, the Director collaborates closely with Sales, Operations, Revenue Operations (RevOps), and Innovation teams to align marketing initiatives with business priorities. The role leads strategy for key owned channels—including website and email—while ensuring marketing automation, CRM integration, and performance measurement frameworks effectively support pipeline development, account expansion, and customer lifetime value.
