The Director, Growth Compensation provides leadership with comparison compensation modeling to optimize revenue potential and motivate Growth team members to reach their maximum productivity. This position will execute annual compensation plans for quota carrying individuals at all levels including VPs, as well as any amendments needed. The Director, Growth Compensation will administer monthly CS commission and CR bonus payments, addressing any conflicts or disputes. It will establish and maintain Growth Team members’ confidence in integrity, independence and efficiency, as well as interface with Finance for expense accrual and forecast. This is a Remote position available in the United States.
