We are looking for a Director, Global Total Rewards & People Operations to lead and evolve our compensation, equity, benefits, and core people operations programs. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who enjoys building, improving, and operating critical people programs. You will report directly to the Chief Performance Officer and partner closely with Finance and People leadership across the organization to ensure our programs are competitive, scalable, and aligned to business needs. Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in global total rewards, including compensation, equity, and benefits, ideally in a SaaS or high-growth environment
  • Hands-on experience building and operating compensation programs, including benchmarking (Radford or similar), merit cycles, and incentive plans
  • Experience supporting or evolving equity programs, with a strong understanding of how equity drives retention and performance
  • Strong foundation in HR operations, including systems (HRIS), policies, compliance, and core people processes
  • Familiarity with global mobility and exposure to multi-region programs (AMER, EMEA, APAC), with the ability to support compliant execution
  • Experience partnering with Finance and senior leadership on compensation planning, analysis, and decision-making
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to work with people data, ensure accuracy, and generate practical insights, with an interest in leveraging AI or automation to improve efficiency
  • Systems-oriented mindset with experience leading or mentoring team members, and the ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution while operating with strong judgment in a fast-paced environment

Responsibilities

  • Own Total Rewards Programs: Support and evolve global compensation programs across base, bonus, and equity, ensuring alignment to market and business performance
  • Run Compensation Cycles: Lead annual compensation processes including merit, promotions, and incentive planning in partnership with Finance
  • Support Equity Programs: Help refine and operate equity programs to drive retention and performance
  • Manage Global Benefits: Oversee benefits strategy, vendor selection, and renewals to ensure competitive and cost-effective offerings
  • Drive People Operations Excellence: Oversee core HR operations including policies, compliance, and leave of absence programs
  • Support Global Scale: Partner on global mobility and ensure alignment with regional requirements across AMER, EMEA, and APAC
  • Ensure Compliance: Work closely with Legal and Finance to maintain compliant and scalable people practices
  • Leverage Data & Insights: Ensure accuracy of people data, especially related to compensation and benefits, and use insights to inform decisions
  • Benchmark & Analyze: Utilize tools like Radford and other market data to guide compensation strategy and decisions
  • Improve Systems & Processes: Build and refine processes that are scalable, efficient, and improve the employee experience
  • Enable AI & Automation: Explore and apply AI tools and automation to improve workflows, reporting, and operational efficiency
  • Lead & Develop Team: Lead and mentor team members across compensation, benefits, and people operations, ensuring strong execution and growth
