About The Position

The Director, Global Real Estate is a high-impact individual contributor role
that plays a critical part in shaping and executing real estate strategy across
a global portfolio of approximately 200 facilities, and 5 million square feet
for the Building Automation (BA) business. This role serves as the single point
of accountability for understanding BA business needs, shaping the global real
estate portfolio, and driving alignment and execution across internal and
external partners.

In addition to global strategic responsibilities, this role will oversee site
operations for the Atlanta campus, including budget management, facilities,
security, employee engagement, and community relations.
