About The Position

As a global leader in commerce, eBay is redefining the future of work and how space supports innovation, connection, and performance. We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Director of Global Real Estate, Design, Construction, and Space Planning to lead our workplace transformation! This executive-level role will own and operationalize a global real estate strategy that aligns with our talent roadmap, growth ambitions, and cultural evolution. Operating at the intersection of space, people, and purpose, this position partners directly with the C-Suite, Talent Acquisition, People Leadership, and business units across the enterprise to deliver a physical environment that is as innovative and inclusive as the teams who work within it.
