This role is for a Global Product Owner responsible for driving the vision, strategy, and execution of the CLM Corporate Asset product. Requirements

  • Strategic Thinking: Ability to define and execute a product vision aligned with organizational goals.
  • Product Management Expertise: Proven experience in managing the full product lifecycle, prioritizing features, and delivering on schedule.
  • Stakeholder Management: Strong communication and negotiation skills to align diverse teams and manage expectations.
  • Customer Focus: Deep understanding of customer needs and market trends, with experience in gathering and synthesizing feedback.
  • Compliance Knowledge: Familiarity with regulatory requirements and ability to ensure product compliance across jurisdictions.
  • Leadership Skills: Experience building, mentoring, and leading distributed teams in a collaborative environment.
  • Agile Practices: Proficiency in agile methodologies and process optimization to improve delivery predictability.

Responsibilities

  • Vision & Strategy: Define and communicate the product vision, develop a multi-year roadmap, track KPIs, and conduct quarterly strategy reviews.
  • Product Development & Delivery: Own the product lifecycle, prioritize features using data-driven frameworks, manage the backlog, and ensure timely, high-quality releases.
  • Stakeholder Management: Act as the primary interface for cross-functional teams, synthesize requirements, build consensus, and escalate risks.
  • Customer & Market Insight: Develop expertise in customer needs, conduct market research, gather feedback, and monitor adoption and satisfaction metrics.
  • Governance & Compliance: Ensure regulatory compliance, coordinate with Risk and Legal teams, maintain documentation, and conduct impact assessments.
  • Team Leadership & Collaboration: Build and mentor high-performing teams, foster innovation, facilitate collaboration, and develop succession plans.
