Our marketing team is passionate about bringing our oncology products to our customers around the world to help them drive improved patient outcomes. We have an exciting opportunity to join our global oncology marketing team focusing on sac-TMT, a TROP2 antibody drug conjugate (ADC) in late-stage development across a range of disease areas and treatment settings. We are recruiting for a Global Marketing Director . This role requires outstanding leadership and deep experience in global pipeline, portfolio and product strategy, as well as brand development and launch preparedness. It focuses on commercial strategy and execution for some early launches of sac-TMT in close coordination with relevant disease, functional and geographic counterparts. The position will be based in Rahway, NJ or Upper Gwynedd, PA. As part of the sac-TMT global commercial team, the individual in this role will create trusted relationships with other disease- and asset-focused counterparts, cross functional colleagues and regions on key aspects of global marketing, including but not limited to the following responsibilities:

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • Minimum 8+ years Pharmaceutical Business experience - marketing, sales, market access & pricing, marketing support or related experiences in pharmaceutical or biotechnology industries
  • Understanding of healthcare trends and reimbursement and policy issues and their potential impact upon our Company's business opportunities
  • Experience leading strategy development and implementation
  • Strong business acumen and ability to drive forward key initiatives
  • Strong collaboration skills, both within commercial teams and cross divisional teams
  • Strong leadership, problem solving, teamwork, analytical, written/verbal communication, and presentation skills
  • Ability to clearly articulate messages/information across the enterprise and to leadership
  • Ability to work within complex organizations and markets and leading sub-teams and influencing without authority

Responsibilities

  • Leading the commercial strategy development for specific indications for sac-TMT (TBD), including driving the development of indication-level L3 and other marketing strategy-related asset deliverables, scientific narrative and any relevant unbranded strategy work, in close collaboration with relevant disease teams, ensuring consistency and cohesion with the overarching sac-TMT asset strategy and relevant disease portfolio strategies
  • Includes responsibilities for market research, SL insights and other related insight-gathering needs for relevant indications
  • Includes coordination with precision medicine team on biomarker strategies related to relevant indications
  • Leading commercial planning and execution for relevant indications for sac-TMT, including:
  • Development of promotional strategies, messaging and any necessary global content deliverables, in collaboration with relevant disease teams, and ensuring consistency and cohesion with the overarching sac-TMT asset strategy and relevant disease portfolio strategies
  • AOR oversight and management
  • Management of the launch planning process for sac-TMT for relevant indication-level work, ensuring close cross-functional and cross-geographic coordination
  • SL engagement/congress strategy for relevant launch indications, in coordination with relevant disease teams and broader sac-TMT asset planning workstreams
  • Data analytics, performance metrics tracking for relevant indications, in close coordination with relevant disease teams and sac-TMT analytics team
  • Coordination with precision medicine team on commercialization of TROP2 CDx for relevant indications
  • Preparation for launch readiness and other governance discussions related to the relevant indications of sac-TMT
  • Coaching, guiding and development of direct reports, gig assignments, etc
  • Work effectively with cross-functional partners including market analytics, field sales organization, international and domestic operations, legal, scientific communications, professional education, training and development, health care compliance, etc.
