Position Summary This position oversees and manages the day-to-day business, operation and technical environment and team supporting a client’s core lottery system solution. This position requires the individual to be effective at strategic planning, leadership, problem-solving, communication, data analysis, interpersonal skills, and execution. This position maintains and understands their sites contractual compliance, is accountable for delivery of initiatives within their scope, and works with all internal teams to manage the customer relationship. They have responsibility for budgetary oversight within their jurisdiction. This position is customer focused and coordinates efforts between the Lottery and SG to exceed their business goals.
