About The Position
We are looking for the Director of Game Presentation & Broadcast, who will produce a high quality in-stadium experience that represents the Inter Miami CF brand. Our vision is to deliver above and beyond league standards by focusing on the game first while elevating the fan experience. Our guiding principle will be a strong, unique style that will cater to the MLS audience and International audience as well.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Broadcasting, Communications, PR, or Journalism or substantial Experience scripting live events
- 5+ years leadership experience in live event production (preferably sports)
- 2+ years acting as a primary showcaller for soccer or a major sports league
- Be a collaborative, passionate, results-oriented person who wants to make a difference
- Ability to prioritize, mediate and cope with rapid change and be comfortable with problem solving while maintaining calm under pressure
- Be an excellent communicator across different media and have strong interpersonal skills
- Manage across multi-functional/international internal and external teams
- Understanding of brand awareness
- Superior organization, project management skills and attention to detail
- Physical ability to lift heavy equipment is required
- Flexibility to work nights and weekends as required

Responsibilities
- Script run of show for all in-house Nu Stadium home Inter Miami soccer matches
- Act as lead showcaller for games as needed
- Oversee all Control Room content for Matchday including ingesting, testing, and follow-up on show requirements from Marketing, Ticketing, Partnerships and other departments
- Supervise loading of LED content for partnerships and schedule of display & execution
- Liaise with sporting governing bodies, TV broadcast and event partners
- Oversee production of home & away Radio Broadcasts
- Maintain beneficial relationships with new and existing vendors, contractors and part-time event production staff
- Establish and define the camera plans and movements for home matches
- Clearly communicate with our technical providers so they can accommodate all specs requested
- Manage a team of direct reports
