About The Position

The Tennessee Titans seek a Director of Game & Event Presentation to lead the creative vision and live execution of all game days and major events. Reporting to the VP of Entertainment & Fan Engagement, this collaborative leader will partner across Creative, Content, Partnerships, and Community teams to craft intentional, brand-aligned experiences that create home-field advantage and energize fans. The ideal candidate brings strong creative instincts, exceptional live-event leadership, and the ability to thrive in fast-paced environments while aligning stakeholders and delivering seamless, high-impact presentations.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • Equivalent professional experience preferred
  • 8–12 years of experience leading live events, experiential productions, or broadcast-style shows, with 3–5 years in a leadership capacity
  • Demonstrated experience directing or calling live shows in real time
  • Proven ability to translate brand strategy into compelling, emotionally resonant live experiences
  • Strong cross-functional leadership & collaboration skills
  • Experience integrating sponsors, partners, or clients into live experiences
  • Budget management experience & oversight of production vendors & technology partners
  • Ability to lead calmly and decisively in fast-paced, high-pressure live environments

Responsibilities

  • Translate the Titans brand strategy and leadership direction into a cohesive, emotionally resonant game day experience that delivers a strong home-field advantage.
  • Provide creative vision and strategic oversight for all aspects of game and event presentation, from concept through live execution.
  • Collaborate closely with the Creative department on graphic look and feel, video content, theme games, and NFL initiatives.
  • Work in partnership with the Director of Branded Programming & Presentation to align storytelling, programming strategy, and live execution.
  • Oversee the Manager of Game Day Content & Presentation, providing direction and clarity to ensure cohesive activation across video board content.
  • Create and approve game day scripts, rundowns, timing sheets, and contingency plans in a timely manner as well as lead rehearsals, script cue-to-cues, and scenario planning to prepare staff and partners for live execution across all game conditions.
  • Serve as the primary show caller for all home games, directing control room operations and ensuring flawless execution in compliance with NFL rules and regulations.
  • Lead game presentation response during sensitive moments, delays, or unexpected situations with professionalism, empathy, and league compliance.
  • Work alongside the VP of Entertainment & Fan Engagement to further music strategy and in-venue audio execution to support emotional beats, momentum, and crowd activation as well as talent booking and entertainment strategy for all in-game and game-adjacent performances, including National Anthem, Halftime, Tailgate Stage, and specialty acts.
  • Partner closely with Corporate Partnerships to creatively integrate sponsor elements into game day presentation in a way that supports partner objectives while feeling organic, additive, and aligned with the overall game day story and emotional arc.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, Ticketing, Community, Broadcast, Strategy & Analytics, Creative, and Fan Engagement teams to integrate organizational objectives into game presentation.
  • Provide guidance and support for internal and external non-game day Titans events through planning, scripting, and execution as needed.
  • Oversee the Game Day Entertainment and Production budget, including operational expenses and capital recommendations.
  • Oversee the production vendors, systems integrators, and technology partners supporting game presentation and live events, working collaboratively with the Manager of Game Day Content & Presentation.
  • Evaluate game presentation performance through fan feedback, internal reviews, and data insights to continuously evolve and improve the live experience.
  • Help guide the vision for game day presentation in the new Nissan Stadium (opening early 2027), ensuring future infrastructure and capabilities support elevated fan experiences.
