KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: Work inside and outside of the control room during Detroit Tigers home games and select events at Comerica Park. Work closely with game day crew and full-time staff to ensure production standards are met. Assist with field shoots and camera operation. Collaborate cross-functionally with internal departments to develop engaging and effective in-game solutions. Logging of highlights and historical footage while maintaining a catalog video library. Basic editing utilizing Adobe Premiere Pro, Adobe Photoshop, and Adobe After Effects. MINIMUM KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES: The ideal candidate must be at least a college senior, recent graduate (within 6 months). Highly organized, strongly self-motivated, and the ability to multi-task activities. Strong decision making, problem resolution, communication, and creative thinking skills. Experience in a prior role or similar field is a plus. The ideal candidate must be willing to work longs hours, including days, nights, weekends and holidays. Preferred candidates will have some proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite software, specifically Adobe Premiere Pro and Adobe Photoshop. WORKING CONDITIONS: Frequent visual/auditory attention. Exposure to high noise levels. Occasional outdoor work on game days. Irregular and extended hours including nights, weekends, and holidays.
