VF Corporation, founded in 1899 and headquartered in Denver, Colorado, is a global leader in apparel, footwear, and accessories, with iconic brands like The North Face, Vans, and Timberland. The company is undergoing a significant transformation focused on brand elevation, accelerated digital capability, and cost optimization. This role is central to that transformation, leading the engineering teams responsible for all consumer-facing digital touchpoints where consumers discover, experience, and purchase VF’s brands. The Director of Frontend, Content & Mobile Engineering is a senior technology leader tasked with the strategy, architecture, and delivery of all consumer-facing digital experiences across VF’s multi-brand portfolio. This includes owning the frontend engineering stack for brand ecommerce platforms, native and hybrid mobile applications, headless content management systems, and emerging answer-engine and social commerce surfaces. The role involves leading a high-performing, cross-functional engineering organization to build content-rich, brand-differentiated digital experiences at scale across VF’s three operating regions. A key aspect is championing an AI-first engineering culture, embedding generative AI, machine learning, and intelligent automation into how VF builds, tests, personalizes, and optimizes its digital storefronts and content pipelines. This is a transformational leadership role for someone passionate about the convergence of commerce, content, and technology, viewing AI as a foundational capability to reshape consumer discovery and purchasing globally.
