About the role: The Director, FP&A leads the coordination of budgeting, monitoring, analyzing, and forecasting the department or our overall financial performance. You will help consolidate financial results and providing strategic insights to senior leadership regarding our financial trajectory. You should have an extensive background in corporate FP&A, experience leading teams, experience distilling financial analyses for leadership teams. You will report into the Sr. Director, Insurance Financial Management . Work Location: This position is based in our Tempe, AZ office, requiring a hybrid work schedule with 3 days of in-office work per week. Thursdays are a required in-office day for team meetings and events, while your other two office days are flexible to suit your schedule. #LI-Hybrid
