The Director for the Urban Accelerated Pastoral Ministries Program and Faculty Position of Pastoral Ministry serves the college as the primary leader, administrator and student mentor within their area of responsibility. This position advocates for her/his program with both a focus on the needs of their program and the overall needs of the college. They work in conjunction with the other Directors, the College Dean, Associate Deans, and faculty colleagues across the university system to ensure student success and the fulfillment of the institutional mission. Faculty rank will be commensurate with candidate’s education and experience.
