That’s where our leadership rockstars keep the show running smooth, fresh, and always ready for an encore. 🎸 Your Mission As our Director of Food & Beverage, you’ll own the vision, strategy, and day-to-day leadership of all F&B operations — from our iconic events, to Mary Jane’s to cocktails at Float rooftop lounge and the energy of 207 bar. You’ll lead a high-volume, multi-outlet program that sets the vibe for guests to mix, mingle, and create legendary memories. As a member of the Executive Committee, you’ll play a key role in shaping the guest experience, driving revenue, and elevating band culture across the hotel.

Requirements

  • Bring 5+ years of progressive F&B leadership in high-volume, luxury hospitality.
  • Thrive on the floor and behind the scenes — balancing guest-facing energy with financial savvy.
  • Have a deep understanding of multi-outlet operations and event production.
  • Inspire diverse teams with hands-on coaching, accountability, and genuine recognition.
  • Communicate with clarity, confidence, and a touch of rockstar charisma.
  • Have flexible availability — nights, weekends, and holidays are your jam.

Responsibilities

  • Uphold all health, safety, and alcohol regulations.
