About The Position

The Director FP&A leads the end‑to‑end budgeting and monthly reforecast process, partnering across functions to align financial strategy with organizational goals. It is responsible for designing and optimizing financial models and forecasts using advanced analytics to guide both short‑ and long‑term planning. The position delivers clear, data‑driven performance reporting and insights that enable agile, informed decisions at the executive level. The role prepares and presents investor reporting packages for ownership and external partners, ensuring accuracy, transparency, and trust. It evaluates partnership structures and key financial metrics, leveraging data to drive value creation. This position also oversees high‑impact ad hoc analysis and special projects, providing strategic thought leadership on emerging business challenges. Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree required (Accounting or Finance preferred)
  • 5+ years’ progressive experience in financial analysis or management; real estate sector experience a plus
  • Advanced Excel and data analytics skills; experience with modern financial systems and BI tools preferred
  • Proven ability to deliver accurate budgets and forecasts on deadline
  • Strategic mindset with a track record of solving complex problems and driving process improvements
  • Experience leading teams and developing others in a fast-paced environment
  • Exceptional communication and collaboration skills; able to influence at all levels
  • High integrity, attention to detail, and a passion for continuous learning
