About The Position

The Director Financial Planning & Analysis (“FP&A”) will partner closely with the VP of Finance on all budgeting, forecasting, reporting, finance initiatives, and analyzing efforts to help report and summarize accurate financial information, identify business opportunities, and drive business performance across the property. This position will lead the finance team, including the reporting and operations team, to help align all functional areas of finance to collaborate, analyze, and make recommendations to key property, and Corporate, stakeholders. In addition, this role will provide critical oversight of compliance and regulatory responsibilities to ensure financial processes, reporting practices, and strategic decisions adhere to all applicable internal controls, regulatory standards, and statutory requirements.

Requirements

  • The ideal candidate holds a bachelor’s degree with 4+ years of prior relevant experience and demonstrated leadership capability.
  • They bring a proven track record of driving business performance through operational insights and analytics, with the ability to operate at multiple levels—from resolving individual support issues to leading large, complex strategic programs.
  • They thrive in high-stress, fast-paced environments, effectively managing multiple projects and teams while prioritizing competing demands and maintaining strict timelines.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee that the assigned operational functions within the departments are consistent with the strategic plan and vision for the department, division, and property.
  • Partner with the VP of Finance to drive the strategy and execution of all budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and analyzing efforts for the enterprise as a whole.
  • Validate all monthly, quarterly, annual, and other ad‐hoc analyses and reports to ensure accuracy and timely completion.
  • Identify opportunities within the property to maximize operating performance and drive EBITDAR growth.
  • Collaborate with all corporate and property stakeholders to understand and create solutions for their business and analytical needs.
  • Direct change management activities in alignment with the Company’s vision, mission, and values; network externally to seek appropriate benchmarks and ideas for innovation.
  • Develop, own, and refine analytical outputs.
  • Presents clear analyses and recommendations to team leaders and, where appropriate, senior executives.
  • Manage Human Resources responsibilities to include create and maintain a work environment that promotes client service, teamwork, performance feedback, individual recognition, mutual respect, and employee satisfaction whereby ensuring quality hiring, training, and succession planning processes that encompass the company's diversity commitment.
