About The Position

Director, Financial Management, Capital One Travel FP&A Overview: Capital One Travel is expanding rapidly, and we are looking for an experienced leader to head our Financial Planning and Analysis team. This is an exciting, fast-paced opportunity where you will be instrumental in building our infrastructure and management routines, positioning this rapidly growing business for success. You will lead a team of 4-5, ranging from managers to junior analysts, and serve as a key finance partner to the business teams and colleagues across the Finance division. Strong analytical skills, meticulous attention to detail, collaborative partnership, and robust stakeholder management are essential for success in this role. Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Finance or other quantitative discipline, or military experience
  • At least 7 years’ experience in Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A)
  • At least 4 years’ experience managing a Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) function
  • At least 3 years of people management experience

Nice To Haves

  • Master’s Degree in Business Administration (MBA) or Finance
  • Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) license or Certified Public Accountant (CPA) license
  • 8+ years’ experience in Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A)
  • 5+ years’ experience managing a Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) function
  • 4+ years of people management experience including both direct & indirect reports
  • Experience with G Suite products
