About The Position

Adobe is seeking a finance leader who balances strategic and operational strengths to join the Creativity & Productivity (C&P) Finance team. This role sits at the center of a complex, fast-scaling business and is responsible for driving financial clarity, operating rigor, and decision velocity at scale. You will lead a high-impact FP&A team spanning ARR, revenue, P&L, and delivering insights to executive management, operating as a trusted advisor to senior leadership. This role calls for someone who can own the numbers end-to-end, compose the narrative, and ensure the business operates with both speed and precision. Success in this role requires the ability to thrive in ambiguity, lead through constant change, and maintain strong financial guardianship—ensuring the company is protected while enabling rapid growth.

Responsibilities

  • Own End-to-End Financial Planning, Reporting & Narrative - Lead all aspects of forecasting, planning, and performance reporting across ARR, revenue, expense, and headcount
  • Ensure tight integration between planning, reporting, and executive storytelling
  • Deliver executive-ready insights for senior leadership, Board, and investor-related materials
  • Continuously improve forecast accuracy, reporting quality, and operational transparency
  • Drive Business Performance with an Ownership Mentality - Deep sense of ownership of financial outcomes even without direct accountability
  • Develop a deep understanding of ARR, revenue, and expense drivers and levers
  • Identify risks, opportunities, and performance gaps
  • Partner across Product, GTM, Sales Finance, and other Finance teams
  • Operate with Rigor in a Fast-Paced Environment - Lead a high-velocity planning and forecasting cadence
  • Build disciplined processes and accountability mechanisms
  • Navigate ambiguity while maintaining high-quality outputs
  • Balance speed and accuracy
  • Uphold Financial Guardianship - Ensure strong controls, consistency, and trust in financial outputs
  • Maintain comprehensive knowledge of drivers and risks
