About The Position

Provide leadership to team of commercial finance professionals to make strategic
finance decisions with Solstice Stationary Refrigerants business. You will be
the CFO of a >$800M strategic business line and have an opportunity to
participate, design and drive financial landscape with speed, quality and cost
efficiency through budgeting, forecasting, analysis, and reporting. You will
play a key role in managing financial performance and implementing key finance
strategies to achieve committed business performance. You will partner with the
Stationary Refrigerants LOB VPGM and GMs to drive key finance initiatives and
decisions. You will also identify trends and developments in competitive
environments and presents findings to the senior management.
