The Job at a Glance The Director, Finance role will support the company’s continued growth and operational excellence. This role will partner closely with the Project Management Office (PMO) and group functional leadership to drive cross-functional, enterprise-wide transformation initiatives across divisions . The Director, Finance will serve as the finance lead on major strategic programs ensuring strong financial rigor, value realization, and decision support across initiatives spanning systems, processes, controls, and operating models prioritizing time and resources to fulfill the plan, building communication, and successfully leading projects. We are looking for an individual who can build strong relationships and give visibility via reporting, dashboards, and KPIs to the PMO, Group functional and Initiative leaders !
