About The Position

The Director, Finance - Supply Chain leads long-term financial planning by collaborating across departments to align corporate goals with financial targets and risk management. This role provides strategic financial insights through complex modeling and analysis, supports budgeting and forecasting processes, and ensures accuracy in financial reporting. Partnering with senior management, the Director drives business performance evaluation, process improvements, and resource planning. The position fosters strong cross-functional relationships, promotes integrity and compliance, and champions continuous improvement to support Walmart's financial objectives and operational excellence. About the team: The End-to-End Financial Planning & Analysis (E2E FP&A) team supports forecasting and planning for Walmart U.S. End-to-End operations. This team drives consolidation and reporting while also delivering actionable insights that support business growth, operational alignment, and transformation initiatives. Collaborating across departments, the team ensures accurate financial planning and analysis, enabling informed decision-making. By leveraging financial strategy, modeling, and forecasting expertise, the team plays a critical role in aligning financial goals with corporate objectives and advancing Walmart's operational and strategic priorities.

Requirements

Extensive experience in financial planning, analysis, and forecasting to support strategic business decisions.
Proven ability to develop and communicate financial targets aligned with corporate goals.
Strong expertise in financial modeling, variance analysis, and budget management.
Skilled in managing complex control structures to mitigate financial risks and ensure compliance.
Ability to collaborate cross-functionally and influence senior leadership with actionable financial insights.
Proficient in consolidating financial statements and enhancing reporting transparency.
Demonstrated leadership in driving continuous improvement and fostering a high-performing finance team.
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field and 5 years' experience in accounting, finance, or relevant area OR 7 years' experience i n accounting, finance, or related area.
2 years' supervisory experience.
2 years' experience leading and completing cross-functional projects.
