If you’re a Program Manager, we have an exciting opportunity for you. Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of projects and initiatives that support the Finance organization’s strategic goals. This role focuses on driving process improvements, optimizing financial systems, and ensuring successful delivery of projects related to budgeting, forecasting, cost management, and compliance. The director collaborates with finance leaders and cross-functional teams, manages program timelines and budgets, and ensures alignment with organizational priorities. Strong leadership, program management skills, change management, and financial acumen are essential for success in this role.

Requirements

Delivers clear and effective communication to executives, program teams, and stakeholders at all levels.
Uses negotiation and conflict resolution skills to align interests and achieve program and portfolio goals.
Builds strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including executives, customers, and sponsors.
Proactively understands stakeholder needs, manages expectations, and ensures alignment of interests.
Identifies, assesses, and mitigates risks across programs and portfolio.
Develops risk strategies to address uncertainties and minimize negative impacts on organizational goals.
Uses data, metrics, and KPIs to assess portfolio performance, identify trends, and make informed decisions.
Solves complex problems and balances short-term needs with long-term strategic goals.
Manages budgets, financial forecasting, and resource allocation across the portfolio.
Ensures cost efficiency and delivers maximum return on investment (ROI) for the organization.
Establishes governance frameworks to ensure accountability, decision-making, and program performance tracking.
Monitors compliance with organizational policies, industry standards, and regulatory requirements.
Champions organizational change initiatives and ensures smooth transitions during portfolio execution.
Addresses resistance to change and fosters adoption of new processes or solutions.
Manages interdependencies among programs and projects to ensure coordinated delivery of benefits.
Balances resources and priorities across the portfolio to optimize performance.

Responsibilities

Leads the PMO.
Accountable for PMO strategy & CI.
Lead stakeholder for project and program artifacts.
Implements Governance infrastructure and strong enterprise relationships.
Establishes CI culture to improve systems, processes and tools in product development.
