Accruent is seeking a qualified candidate to become our Director, FBS. This leader will develop, promote, and drive adoption of the Fortive Business System (FBS) throughout Accruent. This includes driving our strategic initiatives as defined by the leadership team, and producing world-class results in customer experience, quality, on-time delivery, customer-value, to result in exceptional financial performance. This individual will provide the thought leadership, roadmap, and development of FBS leaders throughout Accruent. Additionally, this individual will provide executive coaching and development to all functional leaders including Customer Experience, Sales, Product & Technology, Operations, and Marketing. Ultimately, the successful candidate will bring a broad combination of experience with the interpersonal and communication skills that afford them superior credibility with executive leaders and throughout all levels of the organization. They will work across many peers and indirect subordinates in a matrixed environment.
