Jordan Design is a high-performance team that works together, pushes the boundaries, and always stays focused on delivering the best product for the consumer. This position comes at a pivotal moment for Jordan as we continue to expand our impact, elevate consumer experiences, and push the edges of creativity and sport culture. WHO YOU WILL WORK WITH You’ll partner with teams across FBAT (Football, Baseball, Athletic Training) and Golf, collaborating with design, operations, and leadership to bring concepts to life. You’ll report to the Senior Design Director and partner closely with Apparel & Footwear Directors, cross-functional teams, and external collaborators. This role fosters a collaborative environment where diverse visions come to life and includes mentoring and growing the design team. WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR We’re seeking a visionary Graphics Design Director with a profound understanding of fashion, elevated craft, and high taste level. This leader combines strong graphic and print skills with forward-thinking creativity to develop groundbreaking perspectives in the collaboration space. They possess the vision to inspire and lead a creative team, along with the collaborative spirit and flexibility to manage multiple projects effectively. Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design or related field. Will accept any suitable combination of education, experience, and training
  • Minimum of 8+ years of relevant design work experience in a related field
  • Mastery of illustration, typography, brand identity, and color theory
  • Proficiency in digital design software (Adobe Creative Suite) and familiarity with 3D capabilities
  • Proven ability to inspire and lead creative teams under high-pressure environments

Responsibilities
