About The Position

You will be the Director, F-35 Strategic Initiatives as part of the F-35 Business Development team which is responsible for driving unique F-35 programs and campaigns worldwide As the Director, F-35 Strategic Initiatives you will be responsible for shaping and executing high‑impact strategies that expand F‑35 interoperability and integration across global partners. Your responsibilities will include: Serve as the primary LM Aero interface and senior advisor for F‑35 strategic initiatives. Direct assigned activities and develop comprehensive strategic plans and tactical campaigns that drive unique, non‑traditional F‑35 initiatives, such as creating a coherent global strategy for F‑35 interoperability and ensuring seamless F‑35 integration with CCA. Build and sustain effective relationships with U.S. Government, international personnel, and key customers. Coordinate strategic activities with ADP, LM Aero Global Pursuits, F‑35 Customer Programs, LM Aero Strategic Planning, LMI, and LMGA. Facilitate communication across executive management and high‑level domestic and international stakeholders. Requirements

Bachelor's degree
Experience with US services (USAF, USN, USMC)
Experience with aerospace, LM Aero products and international market knowledge.
International customer interface experience.
Experience with F-35 platform.
Experience with acquisition/capture process and/or foreign military sales (FMS).
Leadership experience.
