The Robinson College of Business Executive MBA (EMBA) program is a cohort-based graduate program for experienced professionals and senior managers seeking to accelerate their leadership impact and career trajectory. The director of the Executive MBA Program is a senior leadership role whose primary responsibilities include driving enrollment growth, strengthening the EMBA's market position, and ensuring its financial sustainability. While the role includes oversight of operations and the student experience, its defining mandate is to build and sustain a strong, predictable enrollment pipeline and ensure the program's long-term vitality in a competitive executive education market. The position offers a unique opportunity to shape Robinson’s presence among senior executives and organizations while leading one of the college’s flagship graduate programs. The director serves as the business development and enrollment leader for the EMBA and works in close partnership with the faculty director, the senior associate dean for graduate programs and executive education, the dean’s office, and college partners.
