About The Position

Required Qualifications · Bachelor’s Degree · Three or more years of experience working in higher education leadership · Demonstrated ability to manage budgets, allocate resources, and oversee operational processes. · Proven ability to lead cross-functional initiatives that support student engagement, belonging, and campus or community climate. Preferred Qualifications · Master’s degree in higher education administration, student affairs, public administration, social work, international education, or a related field. · Experience serving as a Designated School Official ( DSO ) or Principal Designated School Official ( PDSO ). · Familiarity with federal regulations related to international education (e.g., SEVIS , F-1 compliance). · Experience developing and delivering workshops, trainings, or educational programs for diverse audiences. · Comfort working with ambiguity and building systems, processes, or offices with evolving needs.
