SESI Corporate, LLC is currently seeking a Director, ERP, BI & AI to join our team in Houston, TX (On-Site 5 days) . About the Information Technology Group The Information Technology organization provides the digital foundation for Superior Energy Services and its global subsidiaries. The group is responsible for enterprise applications, cybersecurity, analytics, data architecture, infrastructure, and emerging AI capabilities. IT is a strategic partner to the business, enabling operational excellence, modern digital capabilities, and scalable growth—especially as the company accelerates acquisition-driven expansion.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 15 years of experience in corporate IT, including at least 10 years leading ERP, BI, or enterprise data teams.
  • Deep expertise with Microsoft Dynamics 365 ERP; familiarity with CRM/CE is preferred.
  • Strong experience with enterprise data platforms, ETL pipelines, data warehousing, and analytics.
  • Experience leading enterprise AI initiatives, proof-of-concepts, or automation programs.
  • Experience integrating newly acquired companies and harmonizing data, reporting, and processes.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage hybrid teams including internal staff and outsourced/managed-service partners.
  • Strong leadership and organizational skills across multiple technology disciplines.
  • Excellent communication skills including executive-level presentations.
  • Experience with IT budgeting, forecasting, and vendor management.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Engineering, Computer Science, Business or equivalent required.
